I have the great pleasure of welcoming you to my 24 square meter apartment with balcony, located on the 3rd floor without elevator and located in Cabourg.
It is ready to accommodate 4 people, is ideally located 4 minutes walk from the beach, and 11 minutes from the city center.

The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and is composed of a bedroom with a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a convertible sofa, and a balcony.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave.
The Marcel Proust promenade (9 minutes on foot) and the famous Meridian of Love (15 minutes).
Also stroll along Avenue de la Mer (10 minutes on foot) and Avenue du Marché (12 minutes).
The advantage of my apartment is that you will be staying a 4-minute walk from Cabourg Beach, and a 10-minute drive from the immense Houlgate Beach!
One of the activities not to be missed when visiting Cabourg is catamaran sailing! The intercommunal sailing school (12 minutes by car) offers catamaran trips. After the catamaran, I recommend you discover another nautical activity: observing seals in the Bay of Orne (14 minutes by car)!
From Merville-Franceville, a cycle path runs along the Orne estuary and even extends to Ouistreham. So, rent a bike and set off on an adventure! You'll find the Nomadeshop, a bike rental shop, just a 5-minute walk away.
For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour Express 11 minutes away on foot.

Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, located on the Côte Fleurie (Flower Coast). Numerous activities make this town a pleasant place for a stay with family, friends, or alone. Shore fishing and sand yachting make the 4km of fine sand, bordered by the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses, enjoyable. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the resort's most beautiful buildings. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a casino to entertain adults. Finally, the town hosts the Romantic Film Festival every year in June.
