The apartment is ideally located 50 meters from the beach and the sea, with the center of Cabourg only a 15-minute walk away.

Welcome to this enchanting accommodation where you will be particularly charmed by its vast FURNISHED TERRACE, perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors while enjoying the gentle sunshine! This place consists of two beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a lounge ideal for relaxation.
During your stay, you will have access to a range of amenities such as Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a vacuum cleaner, a microwave, an oven, a hairdryer, an iron, a high chair and a baby bath for use in the shower, as well as a travel cot.
Explore Cabourg's must-see attractions, all located close to your accommodation, such as the Marcel Proust Promenade (a 5-minute drive) and the famous Meridian of Love (7 minutes). Also, stroll along Avenue de la Mer (a 5-minute drive) and Avenue du Marché (24 minutes), where most of Cabourg's shops and restaurants are located.
The exceptional advantage of this apartment is its proximity to Cabourg beach, just 50 meters away, as well as the magnificent and renowned Houlgate beach, a 10-minute drive away!
A must-do experience in Cabourg is catamaran sailing! The intercommunal sailing school (a 12-minute drive) offers excursions, and if you're a beginner, book a session with a sailing instructor who will teach you the basics. After the catamaran, explore other water activities, including the Bay of Orne (a 13-minute drive), where you can spot seals, just like in the Bay of Somme.
A cycle path from Merville-Franceville allows you to explore the Orne estuary and reach Ouistreham. Rent a bike and set off on an adventure! Nomadeshop, a bike rental shop, is just a 3-minute drive away.

Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, located on the Côte Fleurie (Flower Coast). Numerous activities make this town a pleasant place for a stay with family, friends, or alone. Shore fishing and sand yachting make the 4km of fine sand, bordered by the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses, enjoyable. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the resort's most beautiful buildings. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a casino to entertain adults. Finally, the town hosts the Romantic Film Festival every year in June.
